I’m a casual golf viewer. Will watch all the Majors and usually a few DPWT events each year and occasionally some PGAT if it’s a big one. This was my first time watching a LIV event. Personal thoughts: - could take or leave the music, think it works better if it’s only for one specific hole. But the crowd seems to like it. - think the team element actually is quite gripping. - no tournament should be won with a score of -30. Your winning score should be -10 to ~15. - the DPWT’s general coverage is still better, they are elite. - having big crowds makes everything so so so much better. The explosion when a putt rolls in or a ball pitches close to the pin. So I’d be willing to live with a few gimmicks I don’t like if it means getting loads of fans in
