Leftists must finally wake up to a harsh new reality: their tired old trick of slapping the “racist” label on anyone who disagrees with them no longer shuts down debate.
It just doesn’t work anymore.
They tried it during the Voice referendum — and it spectacularly backfired.
Now they’re repeating the exact same smear tactic on the migration debate, and it’s blowing up in their faces once again.
Ordinary Australians are looking at the record-high migration numbers and saying, loud and clear: “This is ridiculous.”
They know that Albanese’s mass immigration on such a scale is fuelling a housing crisis that is pricing young families out of the market and putting unbearable pressure on infrastructure, hospitals, and schools.
By desperately clinging to these outdated tactics, the Left has badly overplayed its hand.
Australians have seen through the leftist smears, grown immune to the insults, and are no longer prepared to stay silent.
The game has changed — and the old leftist playbook is finished.

Calling Pauline Hanson and One Nation racist has no power at all and has never really had any basis in fact. Pauline Hanson was ahead of the curve in tackling difficult topics, which were often shut down by the uniparty through slurs and labels. Today, these same parties have had to reckon with the very issues they created by ignoring Hanson’s legitimate warnings almost 30 years ago.
