@Taysfufu I ran a mile everyday ( still do currently) I focused a lot on weight lifting tho. I found workouts that I knew I could do correctly and stuck with it until I felt like I had advanced from them. Most importantly make sure you’re eating enough or everything I said is pointless

@Freakkydenamf Ngl I would start with making sure you’re eating 3 full meals a day. Working out means nothing if you’re not eating enough. In the first picture one meal would get me through the day. Present day I’m making sure I’m eating 3 times a day. I’ll make another post about what I eat
