@RaruShopping order placed with you on 27 Feb, after months of not being able to complete the order and me constantly asking for feedback I cancelled 26 July. Over 1 month for a refund and no answer to mails in 5 days. Can hold onto my cash for 6 months but can't pay it back?

#Hollard left my fiance standing on the busiest highway for more than 90min. Why have an emergency hotlinenor customer service. Roughly 6 calls from me including a call where 14 of 16min had me on hold. Why pay for bad service? I even gave 1 day to call me back and never did
