Congratulations to CC on a seventh straight state D1 championship. Sounds like it was a heck of a state championship game against Howell. You can pick up your trophy in a week. I can’t imagine how anticlimactic the final four will be.

MHSAA has approved NIL (or what they call PBA -- no, not the bowling association) for all student athletes. So, what's that mean for you if you're a baseball player? Most likely... not much. A very small handful of elite players may see some NIL opportunities early. Sure, maybe a local mom-and-pop spot helps out here or there, but it's far and few between. Especially compared to what we've all seen with NCAA football. That said, allowing athletes to capitalize on their personal brand is a good thing and a step in the right direction.

It would be so nice if @MHSAA would just sign a contract with 1 streaming company. The Chelsea showcase can only be seen on @BlackBearTV_ . It’s a way better quality stream with HD cameras. Puts @LiveBarn and @NFHSNetwork to shame. But my wife would kill me if I bought another.
