4th place in the 100M (lane8) 10.66, Also 3rd place in the 200M (lane6) 21.68. Made it to regionals for both of my events and even got in with my 4x100 team. #regionals

Good races yesterday at the 409relays in Texas City. Tied my PR in the 100M with a 10.65 (lane4). Also set a new PR in the 200M with a 21.63 (lane3)

@Roberto_Rodz71 & @Trace_Calhoun showed out at The Brown Relays today taking Gold in Mens Disc and Shot. Calhoun added a Bronze in Disc. @VotionRylen added team points in both shot & disc to secure a solid contribution from the field events for the 2nd straight week! #BOTA #ONE
