@NeelSha70345379 Hey Neel, Great post! I really like that you brought up patience. This is really important since a leader can't expect others to get everything right the first time. When leading through digital contexts this might be even more important. #LIDCSU21
I think the most important qualities a digital leader should have are:
1) patience, because it’s a really difficult job 2) slight assertiveness so they can delegate tasks efficiently and 3) composure so they can make the right decisions #LIDCSU21
@Nesto__Bar Hey Ernesto, I really like the qualities that you picked! the one I think stands out the most and that some people might forget about is "Adaptability". Being able to react and adapt to different situations is very important for all leaders, especially digital ones. #LIDCSU21
3 qualities that a digital leader should have are:
Adaptability-The ability to respond appropriately to changes in their environment.
Communication-The ability to share information in an effective manner.
Integrity- Being honest and following ethical practices.

@exantus_sonndy Hey Sonndy, I really like the leadership qualities that you picked! I believe that upholding high integrity is important for anyone that wants to be taken seriously in life, but even more important for leaders.
Brio mentions the importance of being a good communicator and how these skills are needed in regard to social media. Without the proper communication skills, I think it's very difficult to lead and inspire others. #LIDCSU21
Three digital leadership qualities that I think are very important are
-Communication: Having the ability to effectively and efficiently share information
-Integrity: Being honest and true to his or her own values
-Motivation: The ability to equip and inspire others #LIDCSU21
Started my #RUpassion project and I am so excited for it! It is going to be about my journey to learn and practice all of the mental and physical tricks a great magician need to know. Also, a quick picture of my favorite card that is signed by on of worlds best magicians.
I think that Matt is a great digital leader. He is able to engage with his audience while also providing them with creative and important leadership capabilities (Kahai). He aims to spread the knowledge and beliefs of minimalist and productivity. #LIDCSU21
