For my passion project this week I want to take inspiration from an album cover and make a graphic of it that is inspired by things in my life, will be doing a time lapse video again as well, hope to get the video out by Thursday. Hope everyone is doing well! #RUPASSION

I think the most important qualities a digital leader should have are: 1) patience, because it’s a really difficult job 2) slight assertiveness so they can delegate tasks efficiently and 3) composure so they can make the right decisions #LIDCSU21

@Nesto__Bar Hey Ernesto, I really like the qualities that you picked! the one I think stands out the most and that some people might forget about is "Adaptability". Being able to react and adapt to different situations is very important for all leaders, especially digital ones. #LIDCSU21

Brio mentions the importance of being a good communicator and how these skills are needed in regard to social media. Without the proper communication skills, I think it's very difficult to lead and inspire others. #LIDCSU21
