What's worse the new purpose subsidizes high density rental unit developers and our county commissioners advertise it in the local paper!

Typical big government holding on to failed programs by changing the qualifications and purpose instead of cutting unneeded bureaucracy

A loan officer in '90s, these CDA loans:$80,000 purchase price which was hard to find. Not enough takers? Change parameters NOT drop program

Oh wait a minute, I see. The subsidy is for for 1st time homebuyers OR to assist multifamily rental housing developmt programs. Really?

The government doesn't need to subsidize folks earning $100,000. a year and why should taxpayers subsidize the purchase of a $429,000 home?

Homeownership gov. subsidized program sets limit: no more than $429,620.00 home purchase price, no more than $100,200. annual income. What?!
