Kari Lake says Trump is outsmarting Jack Smith: “You can’t bring down a giant like Donald J. Trump. I think he would welcome that indictment. Welcome a trial. They’re playing checkers, and Trump is playing chess at the highest level. They don’t want to pick a fight with him.”

@KCJHoop @NBCSChicago There were reports that maybe the team was going to trade LaVine, DeRozen or both in order to change things up, but it seems like they have decided against it. Other teams are moving forward while the #Bulls seem to be stuck in time.

Artūras Karnišovas said he hoped to re-sign Nikola Vucevic, Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu. Now that he has, here's why keeping Dosunmu, even if he projects to be fifth guard, is good business. For @NBCSChicago: nbcsportschicago.com/nba/chicago-bu…

@KCJHoop @NBCSChicago I really like Ayo Dosunmu, and he is a valuable player as a backup. That being said, I don’t see the #Bulls contending for a title because of the same issues that plagued this team before. A lack of consistency putting up threes and defensive issues.

Free agent G Javon Freeman-Liberty has agreed on a two-way contract with the Toronto Raptors, his agents Luke and Keith Glass tell ESPN. Liberty-Freeman averaged 21 points for the Bulls in the Vegas Summer League.

Well Lisa, no one has taken the Republicans seriously since Trump was in office. Republicans have totally lost their way and it shows daily. I also don’t think that “ No Labels “ are going to help the situation unfortunately. Republicans need to rebuild from the bottom up. The party needs to be dismantled and reorganize. Because if the Republicans remain on the current course, not only will they lose elections but the chance of ever being in the majority will be dismal.

What destruction? Our economy is in recovery after a global crisis. As to being overtaken by immigrants, that’s the declaration every time a democrat is in the White House. It hasn’t happened yet. Not being party affiliated, I’m in favor of strong immigration policies, to a point. And we are at ZERO risk of falling under Islamic rule. If trump wins, we’re at greater risk of being handed into Russian hands.

I’ve said it a number of times, as have others; MAGA is not a true representation of the Republican Party. They are an extremist movement and really should be considered a separate party. Ms. Murkowski is right. They are destroying the very foundation of the party they’ve hijacked. Traditional Republicans need to fight to get their party back or they will be linked with these extremists forever.

@RpsAgainstTrump More Republicans need to step up and denounce not only Trump, but also their decision to embrace radicalism and extremism as the party platform. There are still too many of them who refuse to so because they want the votes.

“We should be concerned about this as Republicans. I’m having more ‘rational Republicans’ coming up to me and saying, ‘I just don’t know how long I can stay in this party. Now our party is becoming known as a group of kind of extremist, populist over-the-top [people] where no one is taking us seriously anymore.” -GOP Senator Lisa Murkowski

@RpsAgainstTrump The current GOP is why I became unaffiliated. I cannot vote straight party ticket anymore and refuse to be blindly loyal for the sake of political persuasion. I will vote or not vote for people based on their character and government issues, period.

🧵I took a break from twitter cause a lot of the arguments without games became redundant. We’re still having the same debates about Justin. “Will he improve as a passer?” At this point there are just two camps. People who believe he won’t and people who believe he will.

🚨BREAKING: The “Bullhorn Lady” who helped break into Capitol has just been found guilty on NINE federal charges and now faces 47 years in prison. Rachel Powell was found guilty on a variety of charges, including felony charges of interfering with officers performing their duties and obstruction of an official proceeding. Powell's bench trial was held in May, and U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth just delivered the verdict today. One of Powell’s children wore a red "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN" hat in the courtroom. Powell faces a maximum sentence of 47 years in prison for the charges, maximum fines of up to $600,000, and up to seven years supervised release. Good for her. Sounds like karma is coming fast and furious.

@kifaru24 @cliffschecter Even so, Jason was not forced to sing and record it. Given that he has sung and recorded the song, and still feels the need to defend it, he still is part of the problem and should be blamed and shunned for it.
