@RobinMLaw If you want to arrange your own taxi then you would be able to claim a refund on your ticket for the abandoned journey, but I cannot confirm if we would cover the cost of the taxi.

@RobinMLaw We would pay for it if we have advised customers to arrange their own alternative transport, currently this is not in place.
