There is no reaction in the faces of the people in the room, who are really there, to anything Netanyahu says. Also, the lighting is different on the skin of the people in the room compared to on Netanyahu, who appears brighter than the rest of the people. In a paradoxical re-run of WW2 it appears that Netanyahu may be in an induced coma in a Berlin bunker, while Khamenei Jr may be recovering in a Moscow hospital.
