@UnitedStandMUFC What attributes has Louis Enriquez got that will translate to success at Utd?

"We can't pass up on THIS manager, he's the BEST in the game!" 👀
Who is in your top 3 managerial candidates for the summer? 👇

@Malachians Or United players need to time their runs better… can’t recall many controversial ones

CRAZY PRICE: Brighton & Hove Albion have made it clear they will not entertain any offers below £100m for Carlos Baleba.
— @GraemeBailey | @TEAMtalk
Reds, would you want United to spend £100m on Baleba? 🤔

@UtdCitypriest We’re all entitled to our opinions. But let’s be honest despite the good work he did United were awful to watch nervous on the ball no plan B no spark. Injuries didn’t help but the fact we’ve looked like a completely different team in the last 3 games isn’t down to just him.
English

Manchester United didn’t go from Erik ten Hag straight to Michael Carrick.
We didn’t go from a team that struggled to protect a lead under Ten Hag to a defensively compact side just because Carrick has spent three weeks at the club.
We didn’t go from a squad full of egos, indiscipline, and clubbing addictions to one built on athleticism, focus, unity, and hard work simply because Carrick arrived three weeks ago.
We didn’t go from a team that was consistently outplayed and dominated in possession under Ten Hag to one that now controls games and dominates the ball just because Carrick has been around for a few weeks.
We didn’t go from a team with serious goal-scoring problems under Ten Hag to one scoring for fun just because Carrick took over.
We didn’t suddenly become a threat from set pieces just because Carrick has spent three weeks at Manchester United.
A certain Portuguese coach ensured that ego, indiscipline, and toxicity were completely eradicated from the dressing room.
He made sure deadwood and entitled players were cut loose.
He made sure we became a possession-based team again that could match the athleticism and intensity of any opponent.
He made sure we fought for every ball, scored goals, and converted set pieces.
He made sure the players were united, the dressing room was healthy, and most importantly, that Manchester United became a joy to watch again after years of depressing football.
His name is Rúben Amorim!
Hate him all you want, but the truth remains: he is the single most important reason we are where we are as a club right now.

@campbellclaret Unlikely, Infantini is so far up Trump’s ass he has applied for residency
English

I briefly discussed the potential for a European World Cup boycott with FIFA president Gianni Infantino in Davos … he seemed supremely relaxed, dismissive indeed, but if Trump continues on current trend and modus operandi I could see it coming. bbc.co.uk/sport/football…

@KatMerchant14 Probably unfair calling him a man Kat, just an insecure human being. Keep doing what you do
English

Excl: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would be interested in a shock Manchester United return as caretaker head coach #mufc

@Ellis_ @eternal_moi No no no and no… remove the rose tinted glasses.. he wasn’t up to it last time

@henrywinter Very balanced and logical assessment. Utd must get the next permanent appointment right

Ruben Amorim talks too much. Jason Wilcox talks too little. Manchester United fans deserve more clarity and accountability from their club. Club knew he played 3-4-3, which wasn’t suited to United’s identity or squad. This is on the club as much as Amorim.
He’s out of his depth, that’s been clear for months. His outbursts undermine him further. Results are poor: 3 wins in 11, drawing with struggling West Ham and Wolves at home (and earlier in the season losing to Grimsby).
Performances are uninspiring beyond brief periods of promise. Even with no European distractions, United don’t appear that fresh or prepared enough. He doesn’t appear to improve players - unlike Emery, Glasner, Pep, Arteta etc.
Still on course for Europe but also only four points above 14th. Amorim underwhelming and tactics bemusing and inhibiting. Players also have to take more responsibility. But club cannot escape culpability in this mess. The question is: who is currently available who is better? So muddle through to the end of season and hope that brings Europe? And then picking from a deeper pool of potential head coaches in the summer?
At the very least, Wilcox or Omar Berrada owe it to the fans to talk publicly, even if simply in an attempt to calm the situation. It's about being United. #MUFC

football is boring anyways bring the vibes back at the club

Chat who do you want if Amorim gets sacked?
English

@ImpressionistAL @eternal_moi Madness. He was out of his depth 1st time which is why the crowd booed the performances of his team and let to his sack g… move on
English

@UtdFaithfuls Takes something special to be worse than onana but diving under the shot (twice) is some achievement
English

Look at Onana, man.
If we don't sell this guy after this game, then we're not a serious institution.

@FPLfrasier Too busy focusing on minutiae like measuring how far a wall is. Fed up with its inconsistency
