@passportwaiting I’m docs received 18th and had an email saying I need to send birth certificate??? I really don’t know why this has happened

@morris_joanne @passportwaiting Also told they couldn’t give me a timescale of when the examiner would re-assess the application with marriage certificate and not to expect passport until late Oct/early Nov at earliest

@morris_joanne @passportwaiting Child renewal submitted 08/09, docs received 15/09 app reviewed by examiner 06/10, requested my marriage cert after asking if it was needed and was told no, have been advised once marriage cert received it is taking 10 working days to scan any docs on to the system

@HM_Passport Hi can someone kindly respond to my DM sent yesterday. I’ve had no response. On a side note, I wish the website didn’t discourage applicants from FastTracking if not travelling within three weeks when the processing times exceed 3 weeks and have done so for quite sometime.

@HM_Passport I applied for daughters renewal on 08/09 for travel 09/10 however app still only showing old docs received. Is there anything I can do to speed up the app? Or go to a walk in appt?

@akerzdcfc @beccachurm @passportwaiting I know of someone who was approved Thursday last week and they received their passport today so if it approved anytime after tomorrow I think my chances are slim of receiving it before we fly 😩

@RobynMoss19 @beccachurm @passportwaiting I'm like you should be approved next Monday/Tuesday as ours were received 19th/21st Sept, due to fly next Saturday 16th my blood pressure is sky high 🙄

@DeborahMcLachl4 @JustLikeAnnabel @HM_Passport I feel the same, I am ringing jet2 today to see if some of my family can fly and if my daughter and husband can follow on another flight if it is accepted but not received yet and all back on the same flight. I can’t get a response from jet2 either
