Had an amazing time with @trentsimulation. What a confidence booster taking part in simulations. Looking forward to working with both the sim team and @RodricVF to create new scenarios for @NightingaleNUH. New passion sparked!

@KateBurkeNHS @FlexNHS I think the idea of a buddy scheme returning from maternity would amazing. 🤞🏻 it could be implemented in many trusts. I’m 6 weeks into being back to work and a buddy would of been really reassuring retuning to work.
