@TheBlade27 Another good day for Irish Rugby Al. Enjoy your St. Patricks Day celebrations.
English

@HilliardColm Yes, Colm, the obvious two, but that was a very well-balanced team. Loads of Talent. Strong in every position. Enjoyed playing against most of that team. I'm not sure if I was on a team that beat you, though.

@SACTLocal @jaredwright17 If he is such a master how come he didn't mastermind a plan to beat Ireland.

🇿🇦 Rassie Erasmus says that he would rather be in the current position now with the pools rather than Ireland's:
"With full humbleness, and there is no arrogance saying this, but I'd rather sit here than be Ireland knowing that we've been number one in the world all the time and Scotland basically just have to beat them by eight points, and they are out of the tournament.
"The score could be 22-12 or 22-13, and Ireland are out of the competition if they don't get a bonus point. Of the three teams, we are probably the most comfortable sitting here, knowing we have got a two-week rest. Look, maybe we have got six months rest if the cards don't fall our way.
"We have got two weeks off where we can analyse all three teams that we can possibly play.
"I always thought the Ireland-Scotland game was going to be nervy, just like the France-Italy game will be nervy.
"I know everybody writes off Italy and though Italy are not used to playing against southern hemisphere teams they are used to playing against northern hemisphere teams.
"There are going to be some interesting permutations still in the rest of this World Cup."

@bernardflynn15 Some team. Lifted Meath football to another level. Will we ever see the likes of this team again. Achieved so much.

Interesting pre-match ritual from Waterford.

@JohnDugganSport @OireachtasNews I seem to remember a number of years ago people were complaining that there was too much football and hurling on the TV. People would rather watch on the television than go to the game.
English

Important that Donal Og said this and healthy he was allowed to. The provincial football finals could have been streamed yesterday, no issue with that. That would have made more sense. A wider point - the public deserves more say in which sports are free to air. @OireachtasNews
The Sunday Game@TheSundayGame
Impassioned debate on the broadcasting of hurling. #SundayGame.

@whattheHec2018 @mlward54 Played with Al. Brilliant flanker. Great team try with excellent lines of running and support play.

@NewsMurray @petersuntimes I believe so Ken. Tip of the iceberg I think.

@RochmaSean @petersuntimes Aren't there a number of legal actions coming up against World Rugby?

This is heartbreakingly sad.
