since your handle is rockfish i'll give you the benefit of being old enough to have watched the rockford files. his registration sticker was expired so he is already driving an unregistered vehicle regardless of "leaving the sticker at home", which may or may not be true. that was the first mistake that got him pulled over. once he made that mistake the cop is now obligated to ask him for a license to drive the vehicle on public roads, which he refused to display in any way - obstructing the investigation. his offer to issue a "warning" was in my opinion a courtesy, one very rarely given to me driving. if you think people should be able to drive around on public roadways without a registration, inspection sticker or even a license i would agree with you but citizens seem to always vote for more fees, more laws, more fines, more insurance, etc. etc. etc., and not always more cops. remember the "driving is a privilege and not a right" routine my driving instruction use to repeat ad nauseam. gandolph finch may not agree.

Pindah ke orang berikutnya, yang badannya udah miring gila di trotoar. Lagi. Cek napas. Kasih air. Kasih suara. Kasih perhatian yang mungkin udah bertahun-tahun nggak mereka dapat dari siapa pun.
