@ninv2_ @DoggyDog699 @younggaynangry I suppose I would say it is essentially an interactive VN, there are minigames and you can choose whose story to pursue, with optional side quests and unique "scenes" with characters around town that don't progress the "main" Gregg and Bea plots.

@ninv2_ @DoggyDog699 @younggaynangry I guess? It's always been my impression that the plot WAS the character relationships, the mystery is just added on to have them interact more. The main bulk of the game is talking to people, giving advice, and seeing how Mae helps those around her, and isn't just a screwup.

@DoggyDog699 @younggaynangry the characters are utterly adorable, but the game knows this, and it sacrifices any plot development for character relationships. it’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it draggedddd, and i felt it’d be better experienced off stream

I guess "disturbing" would be the fake melty doughy clone of your player character, but aside from art I think he's more like a ditto than a malicious entity.
