This is absolutely monumental and allowing people to go home or be paid compensation. We have clearly beaten the top end of town on this one. This is... HUGE!!!!!.... This article says that the banks and their agents have been circumventing the law to unlawfully dispossess property owners from their land and homes. Certain property owners, on monetary judgements, have gone and taken their own lives, when in fact, they still had a right to return home in the event of fraud on title, under Torrens Law. The ONLY reason why we were dispossessed from our properties, was because of the Western Australian Police, and in most cases, arrests were made against the registered proprietors, when at law, we ALL had a lawful excuse to protect our property!!!!! I am asking not only the people of Western Australia, but people ALL over the entire country, to support me on this one as it goes to the heart of our property rights which we all hold very dearly. Another update about the property, things have escalated and I would like to remind you of what happened in the past. Proper due process has not been followed...

The treasurer and the shadow treasurer along with other federal, have now been put on official notice by our legal team for the fraud on title, undertaken by the ANZ bank and their agents over property land rights of both rural properties and residential. There is NO defence that can be raised by the ANZ bank to overcome the strict compliance of the Torrenz system which is a law that was adopted by the states to administer the indefeasible right (protection against any 3rd party claim that does not registered it's legal interest on your title). The banks are now being stripped of their gold medal through offending the law... This is exactly what they did. They acted dishonestly and they will now again be publicly disgraced and held to account as they were after the royal commission.... God save the King because NOTHING is going to save the ANZ bank.

After now making an official complaint with the Australian Federal police, over the conduct of the AEC, and demanding investigation into the alleged bankruptcy and into the high court. The high court must administer the law, it is only the Parliament that can alter a law. The high court altered an act by removing the word MUST and replacing it with the word MAY in an attempt to have me disqualified from the Parliament. Media release will be released today.... AEC caught in a stunning electoral tampering scandal that could derail the 2025 Federal Elections. It has been uncovered that Mr Culleton's name correctly recorded for decades as Culleton on the Commonwealth Electoral Roll has been unlawfully altered by the AEC officers to CULLERTON without his knowledge, consent or any lawful authority. It has come to my attention that a document is going around social media that claims that I have in my possession an FOI that confirms that NO DOCUMENT EXISTS in order to remove the Great Seal of the Commonwealth, which was in FACT removed by Gough Whitlam in 1973. Yes, this is correct, I DO have this document FOI21/164 and as you can see, it is dated 2021 and in fact is from the Attorney-General's Department. God Bless, Rod
