This mornings update- more work on the day/night cycle. The environment is vibrant & cartoony- I considered toon/cell shading but wound up avoiding it to allow gentler colors and soft shadows 🙂🌲 Have a great week! #GameDev #IndieGameDev #GameDesign #GameDevJourney #indiegame

Hi I'm Alie 💜 This will be a long one so hope you stay until the end. I have been playing video games since my parents purchased my brother and I our first Nintendo system. I played games like StarTropics, Super Mario Brothers series, and most of their amazing titles. I played the hell out my Super Nintendo too. Years after, I discovered the Final Fantasy series and fell in love with FF8 and FFIX. Then, the OST of Chrono Cross got me through high school papers. Video games were a big part of my life growing up. Fast forward to now, I love playing video games but most of all I love supporting indie developed games. I do play some AAA titles, but there's nothing like playing a game made by a small company and really showing them love for their hard work and creativity. Some of my favorite games are: Hollow Knight, Eastward, New Cycle, and Ender Lilies. It is one of the main reasons that I became a content creator, a streamer and a reviewer.
