The Battlefield community superiority complex needs to be studied. I would not want to be a new player trying to get into the series right now. And that's sad to say considering one thing Battlefield desperately needs is a new generation of players to fall in love with it.

@Flakfire doesn't make any sense as Dice is NOT appealing to the aging playerbase....like...at all. It's appealing to the youngest base that plays CoD.

If Battlefield brings back server browser and platoons after addressing all the major issues found in beta including sloppy gunplay and the bug, wonky netcode, movement exploits, spotting spam and vehicles...

@TBagGamingYT Only Mirak Valley is "large". Firestorm re-hash doesn't count. So that's only 1 big map on launch.

Say whatever you want about Black Ops 7 (and Cod in general) but the fact that it launches with 18 maps is amazing. That's my biggest concern for Battlefield 6: the amount of content... 9 launch maps and only 4 of them are reportedly 'large scale'. And probably no naval warfare

@TheBFWire 1 out of 10, unless you allow a negative score. Nothing makes up for using SBMM and a lack of a main game Server Browser with set map rotation that contains multiple large maps (instead of 1, Firestorm don't count).

@rivaLxfactor Yes, yes...the only thing I would add is having real "Battlefield" maps of large scale, not this CoD inspired "Battleyard"

How to make Battlefield 6 a 9/10 launch Server Browser Fix the broken netcode Fix the audio where there are no gunshots or footsteps Fix the gunplay max spread bug NO SBMM ever in pubs. Do a visibility pass Fix spotting spam, way too much, and works through smoke, cover, etc. Example, a downed player shouldn't light up half a team on an objective. Platoons Some maps have 1000 angles and hiding spots Fix movement exploits Improve armor and helicopters - Defensively they are terrible.
