#DY159 has spent 48 hours around the Young & Grattan seamounts @AscensionMPA 🌊 We collected video data of the seabed and unique deep-sea species for research 🐟 We also saw an amazing range of pelagic biodiversity using #BRUVS! 🦈 #GlobalOceanWildlifeAnalysisNetwork
After each of the #DY159 scientific legs around @sthelenampa and @AscensionMPA the scientists were able to visit the local schools. They showed the students what we found during Discovery's time around the islands, and answered their questions about the ocean 🌊🪸🚢
