muy española la mentalidad esa de que si a otros les va bien es porque algo malo han hecho
el principal factor que hace que suiza funcione bien (y es algo de lo que estoy orgulloso de haber aprendido de ellos y de su cultura) es que no hacen chapuzas, a ningún nivel
si hacen cualquier cosa, ponen empeño en que esté bien hecha y sea duradera
es algo cultural que se ve en todas partes:
por ejemplo, vas a un hospital en Francia, España o Italia y ves que tienen carteles din A4 pegados con celo con un mensaje hecho con el Word, y ese cartel cutre a lo mejor se queda allí varios años
en suiza sin embargo ponen su plaquita con la tipografía cuidada, etc, porque saben que se va a pasar mucho tiempo y ya que lo hacen lo hacen bien
parece una chorrada, pero eso ocurre a todos los niveles de la sociedad y hace que las infraestructuras sean más baratas, eficientes y funcionen
hay muchos factores más que influyen, claro, pero tras mucho tiempo pensándo sobre ello y viendo qué los diferencia de los países de su entorno, eso es lo principal
es un país que no tolera las chapuzas

La gracia es que se conecta al micrófono/audio del sistema y no hace falta instalar plugins ni extensiones.

vivimos en una época dónde creo que ha nacido un nuevo rol imprescindible en las empresas
básicamente un "experto en IA", aunque no me gusta mucho el nombre. El rol de esta persona debe ser:
- Estar en redes (sobre todo X, también reddit, discord y youtube) al tanto de las novedades que van saliendo
- Tener criterio y experiencia suficiente para diferenciar qué es bullshit y qué no
- Comunicar los avances al resto de la empresa, mediante reuniones estratégicas con high management y después realizando cursos de formación periódicos para los empleados. Que su trabajo sea literalmente sentar a las charos del departamento y obligarles 5h a usar Claude o ChatGPT o lo que sea. Lo mismo con los ingenieros y Codex/ClaudeCode o la plataforma de elección.
las empresas medianas y gordas que no tengan roles así, están jodidas tbh, ngmi
para este puesto no vale cualquier inútil tampoco, es un rol complicado, o se le paga muy bien o se irá a otro lado o montará su propia cosa (hablo de 80k starting salary en Madrid/Bcn COMO POCO)
