Just came off a "Flat Earth Friday" space and most of the people there were kinds and gentle. Not all, I had to block some of the nasty ones that were "disrespecting" me in the purple pill.
But one of the recurring themes was that "A pressurized system needs a container." This is a common refrain in the community, one of their 10 commandmandments as it were. @did8hurtu
Their concept of the firmament as a "dome" holding in the air on earth is a supposed counter to gravity!
However, equating air pressure to a pressurized container violates The Ideal Gas Law: In a closed system, the pressure must be equal everywhere in the container.@ken_caudle
Clearly, not even flerfs believe that the air pressure on top of Pikes Peak (14,422 ft) is the same as the pressure at sea level. Or, why do jets need pressurized cabins? @BrianCash420
