As @henriq__e states, hackathon mode is changing.
It used to mean 48 hours of caffeine, chaos and barely any sleep.
Teams pushed through exhaustion, a lot of bad decisions, and pure vibes. Just to ship something by deadline.

We were paying $4,000/month for market making.

Centralized exchanges aren’t neutral marketplaces.
They’re gatekeepers that can kill years of work in a five‑minute decision.
We refused to pay KuCoin and Gate absurd “fees” just to rename our token from BEPRO to LX.
Result: deposits cut, markets crippled, and now both exchanges preparing to delist us entirely.
This is exactly why we’re moving fully toward DEXes, open protocols and permissionless systems.
If your project lives at the mercy of a support ticket, it’s not decentralized.
Big Broker is watching you.
Time to walk away and withdraw everything.
