Big D2/NAIA/D3 portal day with exit meetings taking place for many programs over the next few days. Some voluntary, some being told to enter. Coaches, something I’ve had to learn myself. Don’t take it personal kids will always love you no matter what noise surrounds them. Encourage them, don’t take it personal be the mentor you signed up to be. Those who stay will be loved on harder, no coach wants to lose any of his kids. But it’s human nature now a days. Build your roster back up the way you see fit. Create what you vision.
