@jn_hansen Thanks we are already using isotype specific antibodies but it’s not always possible to achieve the combinations we desire that’s why we were looking for antibodies raised in other species.

@RoepmanLab If you plan to do a costaining and the mouse antibody you wish to costain with a centrosome marker is monoclonal and not an IgG1k subtype, you could use isotype-specific secondary ABs and co-stain with Abcam's ab28144 (mouse IgG1k) for PCNT.

Cilia tweeps can anyone recommend an antibody against a centrosome marker that is NOT raised in rabbit or mouse but works reliably???
