It was 42 years ago today, the third Thursday in March of 1984, that I surrendered to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Marcia & I have been so blessed and so thankful to the Lord for the opportunity we have been given to serve Him! Continue to pray for us as we follow our Lord

A lot of people we know, really do not like it when it snows. However, both of us actually enjoy the wintry scenery, especially on our little road to the house!

In the ministry, there are fixed responsibilities and there are fluid opportunities. The wind of God still blows where it wants to! The secret is not being spontaneous, but being Spirit-led. On the other side, the answer is not simply in being organized, but in being open to the promptings of God. Do what you know to do and watch for divine appointments.

We are so thrilled to meet our first GREAT grandson, Nolan Pierce Young. We are thankful for a healthy baby boy, and for Morgan & Isaac as they raise him and Presleigh.

Happy to be in service with my brother, James today in Kannapolis! James has been the pastor of Faith Baptist Church for better than 54 years! He has been a faithful servant to the Lord and certainly a mentor to myself. Marcia and I always enjoy our time with James and Nancy.

My beautiful wife of 52 1/2 years has a Birthday today! Yes, we were married when she was just 18 1/2, but being a good husband, I’m not going to share her age! Happy Birthday Marcia! ❤️

It was a blessing to be a part of West Virginia’s Capitol Connection today. Special thanks to Kevan Bartlett & Jonathan Pinson and many other pastors who help to make this important event to take place every year!

Happy birthday to George Elden Pauley, Jr. When he was just a little guy, Dad & Mom began calling him “Sonny Boy” and it stuck. Today, is his 83rd birthday! Sonny has been a faithful Christian since he was little boy. He is now in the hospital and we ask that you pray for him.

Matthew 16:24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, “If any man come after me, let him deny himself, and take up His cross and follow me.” After we come to Him for salvation, may we continue to follow Him in total surrender!

We are so thankful for the opportunity God has given us to serve Him in 2025, as we partner with Enjoying the Journey. It has been a blessing to minister in numerous churches, but our greatest joy is seeing people come to know Christ, marriages refreshed & families strengthened.

I appreciate @toddstarnes strong stand for God and truth, and enjoyed our conversation tonight on @NEWSMAX. It was a privilege to speak about Christ and the real message of Christmas. Herods will always hate. Our world needs Jesus.

Thankful to have the opportunity to bring God’s Word at Sewell Valley Baptist Church, Rainell, WV on this Lord’s Day.

What a blessing to be with Pastor Tim Rasmussen and Faith Baptist Church this weekend. We enjoyed speaking for theirMarriage Conference and Sunday services. This is a growing church with wonderful people reaching their Jerusalem in California for Christ!
