Good morning #Guelph! This is what a four-plex could look like on a single family lot. I’ll be asking city council to endorse this zoning change in a few weeks. Staff are recommending tri-plex (which is great) but I think we could do four. Lots of design elements can be constructed, this is just one example, there’s accessible options too.
