@westelm #westelm you asked for a direct message to address the lack of accuracy regarding deliveries. I sent several direct messages and you have not responded. Why should anyone buy at West Elm if customer service is nonexistent or erratic.

@westelm #westelm think twice before ordering from West Elm. My experience is that the deliveries that are supposed to occur by a certain day do not occur. There seems to be very limited escalation ability to somebody who can make things happen.
