I ran a 5k yesterday. Did not meet my own expectations. Can't move my legs today. My 10 year old beat me by 7 minutes. My response was to sign up for another one in 6weeks. Ill be back.

This is NOT an elite physique (obviously 🤣), but having said that, I’m proud of my fitness journey. Still a long ways to go, but at 45 years old, I guess this is my mid life crisis… Loving the process and never thought I’d put up my shirtless pic on X.

@StonkChris I tend to agree with you....not adding to crypto ..... Crypto looks weak. Time for crypto 2028 when Ai machines start to transact with each other until then focus on Ai data centers , energy, tesla, and other stocks.

These will probably be the last additions to my small crypto portfolio. Just lunch money-sized adds this weekend. Unfortunately, I still have 10 $ETH staked for LT and hold some $BTC as well, but I genuinely have no plans to add to crypto EVER again moving forward. Stocks until the day I die.

@kit_sats Depends on the size and value of your house and mortgage. If it's an expensive house a paid off house is better. You can than leverage the house and buy a bitcoin easy peasy lemon squeezy.
