Demanding that ICE go to federal district judges (who don’t even have jurisdiction over civil immigration matters) for a warrant before arresting an illegal alien would mean the end of immigration enforcement— even for violent criminals.

This is an ongoing issue in the foothills of Idaho Falls. Vehicles park here daily to drink, smoke and loiter. Lord Weimy lives in the area and posts daily updates.

This turn-around is actually private property (homeowners on both sides of the street own 50% of the road). @BonnevilleCSO claims there's nothing they can do.
Given Sheriff Hulse's recent statements on the 287(g) program (and his past endorsement of illegal alien super fan Rep. Stephanie Mickelsen), I'm beginning to think Hulse just doesn't want to enforce the law in Bonneville County.
