Let me be clear, that's ANY petition. To stay or to leave. Get a minimum of 25% or go home. Failure is becoming systemic from our politicians. Elect better leaders. Elect people that will actually work FOR THE PEOPLE. Not just their donors. Enough is enough.

If you can't get at least 25% of the public to sign your petition, you should fail because your question will cost taxpayers a few million dollars that can be spent better elsewhere, like shit Tylenol from Turkey that no one will ever use. #ableg

Realize this: You were the minority. No matter how much hand waving and jumping up and down you do, getting 300,000 people to sign your petition doesn't equal a win. That loses all day, every day. Get more than 1 million and we'll talk. Until then, cry harder.

Just look at the loudest voices currently right now on the independence side, those are the people that lied through their teeth. The temper tantrums and threats of civil war are frankly comical. You'd lose faster than @JeffreyRWRath in a 100m race at the Olympics.

If separation happens, it happens. I'm still Canadian no matter what any vote says. I love this country. While I'm not in favor of separation, I don't fear the question being asked when it is properly outlined for the people. The current one, wasn't. People lied their asses off.

Here's my two cents nobody asked for: I don't care if either or both of the referendum questions were on the ballot when the next election is called. If the people want a vote on something, let's just get it done if they heed the requirements. It's how democracy works. #abpolil
