Arsenal fans barely celebrated the Premier League for 12 hours. But they've been crying about Bruno for more than 48 hours. This is mass childhood trauma and insecurity from the fergie years that we are witnessing before our very eyes. They don't need hate, they need healing.

Good luck to Elliot Anderson if he wants to join City ahead of Manchester United. Every player needs to be completely invested, not incentivised to do so. They can't & shouldn't match City's offer, if he still doesn't want to prioritise joining the club, move on. Casemiro's farewell & departure have shown the legacy piece involved in playing for a club like Manchester United, while 2026 has shown the huge opportunity to help bring the club back to the pinnacle of football - if that doesn't make the case, nothing will. We'll soon find out where Anderson's priorities lie.
mufcmpb@mufcMPB

🚨🚨🗣️ @FabrizioRomano: “Manchester City keep pushing to sign Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest. They are aware that Manchester United are still CALLING and CALLING. Also with Enzo Maresca, City are going for Anderson.” #MUFC

Roy Keane and others have Sir Alex to thank for making them winners and being a protective father to them.Fergie went to crazy lengths to protect him.Yet Keane ended up hating the same man.And still holds a grudge.Tells you the kind of vengeful man he is

People going into bat for Roy Keane because he's a Manchester United legend miss the point. He isn't being criticised for his contributions as a player, that is entirely separate from this issue with Bruno Fernandes. Keane lied when he spoke about Bruno Fernandes. It has been called a misquote, but it was worse - he lied. When called out, he responded with a childish IG story that dodged any & all accountability for said lie. If you aren't separating player from person, you're way off the mark. Defending him based upon 'standards' is embarrassing & does not make him or those defending the bearer of them the way they think it is. Bruno Fernandes quite literally said you're welcome to criticise me but do not lie about things I have never said. If you can't understand understand why all of this is a problem, it's because you might be part of it.

Roy Keane lied.Legend or no legend, when you misquote, you come out to rectify it.But if you double down behind memes, you will get called out for it. Accountability isn't abuse.Winning titles doesn't mean he earned a life long supporter base who will massage his ego while he lies

Disrespecting and abusing a club legend that led us to 7 Premier League titles because he said that assist records shouldn't be celebrated like a major trophy. By far the biggest disgrace of a fanbase at any sporting level.

Gary Neville Paul Scholes and Roy Keane. All held in the highest esteem as Manchester United playing legends. Scholesy is my favourite player ever. But what they have turned into is a sad old boys club who still crave some limelight. And it’s pathetic to be honest.

Two years after his death, the lie is finally exposed. The football referee the entire world mourned accepting without any doubt the Palestinian narrative has now been revealed to have been a commander in the Islamic Jihad. “Martyr Commander Mohammad Sami Khattab, Unit Commander – Military Discipline File – Central Brigade.” That’s how the terrorist organization he belonged to described him. The world rushes to amplify the lie, but when the truth comes out, nobody apologizes. Let’s identify every major football figure who spread this false narrative — and demand an apology.

The amazing @lalshareef explains how Israel removed Jews from Gaza in 2005 to get peace, leaving behind greenhouses worth millions of dollars. The Palestinians looted the greenhouses, and Gaza was turned into a terror fortress. This must go viral.

Bruno Fernandes on taking the captaincy from Maguire: ‘I said straight away to him, you might have lost that armband but you’re still one of our leaders.’ The way both players handled the unorthodox situation was pure class ❤️

Bruno assist record is getting more coverage than Arsenal winning the title after 22 years, Pep leaving, Bernardo leaving, and Salah leaving. United will always be the main character in this league.

The true Bruno Fernandes who Manchester United supporters have known for a long time has gotten show more of himself to the world this season. This perhaps is his best & most transparent interview yet. A brilliant football brain, deep thinker, the wonderful human being, a passionate leader who is desperate to win, there couldn't be a better person to take the club into this exciting next era alongside Michael Carrick. He understands what it means to represent Manchester United, what the club means to the fanbase, the expectations around it. We are very fortunate to have such a remarkable person lead us. I will always go to war for this man & hope he retires at a Manchester United. If you watch this & you still aren't convinced, I guess you never will be.

Before this conversation, I thought I understood Bruno Fernandes. I knew the numbers. The goals, the assists, the leadership, the criticism he’s faced over the years at Manchester United. But I didn’t understand the mentality behind it. Bruno has arguably become United’s greatest player of the post-Ferguson era, carrying their creativity season after season. He’s won more club player of the year awards than Ronaldo, and only five players have scored more than his 70 league goals. So I went to Manchester United Training Ground to ask him questions the footballing world wants to know. Bruno spoke about growing up in Porto, watching his father sacrifice his own football career to provide for the family. He told me his dad never praised him for scoring goals. Instead, he’d point out the small things he still needed to improve. And somehow that mindset shaped one of the most resilient athletes in world football. We spoke about: - Why he believes character matters more than talent in elite teams. - How dressing room culture determines whether talent succeeds or fails. - Why taking risks is essential if you want to create anything extraordinary! - His honest opinion on pressure and why he thinks it’s a privilege. - His thoughts on having Michael Carrick as a manager. - Addressing Roy Keane’s criticism. When you listen to Bruno speak, you understand that what makes him exceptional isn’t just technical ability. It’s his standards. The standards he holds himself to. The standards he expects from teammates. The standards he believes define culture. I really respect how Bruno chose to join United during instability because he believed in rebuilding something meaningful rather than joining an “easy” project. I saw a much softer and more thoughtful side of Bruno that I don’t think people will expect. So, thank you Bruno for taking the time to sit down with me and for being so vulnerable. Even if you don’t care about football, there’s a huge amount to learn from this conversation about leadership, resilience and high performance.

If Roy Keane was a man of his word & had a shred of accountability, he would have already apologised to Bruno Fernandes for misquoting him & stating the opposite of what Bruno actually said. Media outlets post retractions when this happened, but that's not what The Overlap is. They are a clickbait machine used to drive outrage. They do not care about the truth, only the response to what they say. Keane is a bitter, fact twisting relic spewing lazy, hypocritical bile from a bullshit peddling dinosaur who offers zero modern insight or accountability.
