This is an agenda of “how Arsenal play”. City were called boring and robotic by pundits. Liv are exciting because they play basketball games. Ars are boring to neutrals coz they nullify opponents and don’t make it a high turnover game (it is exciting for Ars fans tho).

I’m well aware a lot of people don’t like to see Liverpool win, but most of them admired the football they played which is completely different to how they feel about Arsenal. I’m also very much in touch with how fans think, I’m one of the few pundits still on X!

Liverpool were a nobody for large parts of the PL and in their most dominant era, city won it 5 times and they won it once. I respect that Liverpool pushed an exceptional city side but they haven’t afforded the same courtesy when we lost to the treble winning City 22-24.

It's not complicated and it's got nothing to do with style of football, nobody wants to see big teams who haven't won anything in a while break their duck. It's standard fan stuff. Almost no champions or challengers are ever actually loved by the 'neutral' because there is no such thing as a 'neutral.' People don't mind City winning the league because it's very easy to compartmentalise and they don't have a big fanbase so people just don't encounter many City fans online and in day to day life. All this stuff about 'style' is utter nonsense.
