@jhricciardi @ZaneEwton Thanks @jhricciardi. To be clear, when I refer to employees putting in “effort” I mean doing the job they got hired for, not the conforming to status quo. I think we’re on the same page, but wanted to clarify :)

@jhricciardi @ZaneEwton Thank you both for the feedback - I appreciate it. I think it can be argued that employees put in the effort, but conforming to majority/status quo culture is doing a disservice to an org in the long run. I am curious about if you have a specific example, @jhricciardi,
