@Uro_Res @AmerUrological A few key points of advice for Sub-I. 1. Have fun and show a love for learning urology. This is #1 for a reason. 2. Students tend to focus on the tough parts of cases. Focus on equipment and scopes, draping, and moving the patient. Dissecting a hilum comes years later.
