@traderaman51953 No, only sumsub kyc crypto email. I didn't get any kyc failure email or approved email. I have Used sumsub at a few other platforms for KYC/AML like RedDotPay, I never had problems except with Rise

@traderaman51953 After requesting payout, TFR sent me Crypto sumsub verification email after 3-4 days because my Rise was rejected. I completed it, when I completed it with aadhar, liveness check, it said please wait while we verify your documents and then I left the tab.
