This is fantasy economics. Tens of billions in unfunded pledges. Anyone can promise giveaways, but responsible government means not making commitments you can’t keep. Oceans hold 93% of the world's carbon dioxide & this controls airborne CO2, not fossil fuels. Higher CO2 levels are released by warm oceans but reabsorbed when they cool. CO2 is 53% denser than air & pools near the surface. The oceans set CO2 levels not emissions. That is a hoax.
