@zignaly I contacted support long before this statement, but got no timely explanation and was only later referred to this post. Affected users should have been informed immediately by email. Seeing balances disappear without explanation caused serious alarm.

Accounts are being reconciled to ensure accurate balances and orderly restoration, which we expect to complete over the coming days. Safeguarding user funds and ensuring the security of our platform remain our highest priorities. We will share further updates as more information is confirmed .
