@DnDinBigD On the other hand, I am currently DMing with Milestone because I have a bit of a set path. If they really deviate from it, I would just shift the milestone.

@DnDinBigD I kinda like both? With XP, our DM allowed my friend and I to go to an illegal fighting ring in order to gain experience (the other players couldn't make it, but we still wanted to play, and ended up getting a bit ahead). So it makes things like training seem worth it. 1/2
