It doesn’t sound like you understand how these cases work. Let me give you background. The Sheriff and Feds are investigating. That investigation is still ongoing. Meaning if you file a FOIA, you will get turned down. There’s something called HIPAA and she has a right to keep her medical records private. If this goes to trial, her records will be made available to the defense. She’s not making claims that aren’t backed up by medical experts.
