Year 4 art based on Kandinsky’s work. Kandinsky’s work uses bold colours and abstract shapes to express emotions rather than depict the real world. He believed art could function like music, using visual elements to create a sense of rhythm and spiritual experience.

Year 1 had a visitor from @jossarnottdance today who are leading in the Meet the Hatter show at @Z_arts_mcr. The children took part in a dance workshop which was all about expressing yourself!

We found out about National Handwriting day on 23/1/26. Teaching Personnel donated gifts for pupils who have been working hard on their handwriting skills.

Year 2 have been dissecting owl pellets today. We have found small bones including skulls with teeth and claws!
