WRITING COMES FIRST! Art is super important, don't get me wrong. Art gets people in... But writing keeps them around! So, who is the best comic book writer of all time? Not who is your favorite. Not who made the most characters or wrote the most stuff. Who is THE BEST?

@ronmarz I agree with Ron. The weight of the artwork in a comic is very very big. Comic is art like cinema is image and photography. The script is the railroad tracks the art the whole train. A book is the tracks and the train at the same time, all the weight on the writer.
