@MCovBrown This is great. Do you do these breakdowns weekly or monthly?

Here’s what I did this week at Tribe Digital:
1/ Onboarded and launched a new client on X
This client is unlike any others I’ve worked with:
• New industry
• Different business model
• Different style of content (a bit unhinged lol)
What a blast.
Best use case I’ve found for AI so far is getting up to speed in new industries.
2/ Onboarded a client for an educational email course
I don’t often sell email courses upfront. It’s usually an upsell to build out a client’s marketing ecosystem.
3/ Built out internal doc on how to fulfill for email courses
I’m moving up the “ladder of leverage”.
I’m documenting and training my team on everything I do.
This is the first email course I’ll be leveraging my team to help me with and I’m excited to see how it goes and improve the training.
4/ Rolled out a new feature for my service
I spoke with clients last week about doing some outbound LinkedIn commenting.
Without fail, they were all interested.
I pushed it out this week at no cost to the clients.
5/ Took 6 sales calls
Clearly the “lead-getting” activities are working.
• Posting content
• Doing outreach
• Forming partnerships
• Asking for referrals
Been averaging 3-5 sales calls per week and have to manage capacity carefully (build a waitlist, etc).
6/ Improved internal writer training
Added to our internal library of content training.
7/ Building landing page and thank-you page on Webflow for lead magnet
My website is nearly done. Just need a VSL. Used @72HourSites for the site. Will launch in a few weeks.
I want my lead magnet landing pages to live on my site to keep it uniform.
So I'm learning how to build them on Webflow :)
(FYI still following the Rule of One - no headers, footers, or links other than the email opt-in)
8/ Most importantly, I did the boring fundamentals
• Posted content.
• Did some outreach.
• Got in sync with team.
• Did free work & consulting.
• Delivered all content on time.
• My writers crushed it & I did QA.
• Prepped for all client & sales calls.
• Managed expectations & sent monthly reports.

Great week here at Tribe.
Have any questions for me?
What did you get done this week?

@MegaMindsetZac Agree. We’re only at the beginning of the ghost boom.
English

@RomanPikalenko Ghostwriting is the single greatest online opportunity since coaching.
I believe it is going to grow massively over the coming months.

@jasonvana I had the 2nd easiest deal close 3 weeks ago although it was $5k not $60k
