Roman Shattuck broke a long standing 300H school record this weekend with a time of 39 seconds flat! Roman has been one of the hardest workers on the team for 4 years and it is finally paying off! C-House is proud!

Had a competitive weekend at AAU Regionals. Very close to qualifying for nationals in both events. First year of AAU Track , will come back a lot better next year. 110h - 15.61 PR 400h - 59.6 PR (3rd ever 400h)

Blessed to complete at my first outdoor national this weekend at new balance. I had an amazing experience and competed in a totally different environment. I finished 27th amongst a field of 80 skillful kids. I will be back next year🙏🏾 #AGTG
