Off to the seaside! Or maybe it's a Mystery Tour. Our mystery is to ask you where the photo was taken - we know, but we're not saying as it's this week's #MysteryMonday pic. Reply if you think you know, and we'll confirm the answer later.

May 1964, Manchester Piccadilly, Platform 1. E27004 (Juno) is backing into it's coaching stock. It will then work a service to Sheffield Victoria via Woodhead. It was sold to the Netherlands railway, where it worked until 1986, then sadly scrapped. © KDH Archive

MANCHESTER PICCADILLY: 86/4 One of the quartet of rail blue 86/4s runs off platform 10 in around 1986. If pushed I'd say this was 432.

@GroomB I used to catch the fast train to Altrincham in the 1960s, after work. One very foggy evening I hadn't spotted a platform change and ended up, I think, in Romiley. 😂

MANCHESTER PICCADILLY: CL 120 Not a winning shot, but an interesting working nonetheless. A red star marked class 120 hauls a mk1 BG through platform 13. I think, but can't be certain that this is 1986.

We certainly recognise the bus on today's #MysteryMonday pic - it's our own SHMD 70, the unique double deck Atkinson bus that's now in our museum. But do you know where the photo was taken? It's over to you to say, and we'll confirm the answer later.
