Core subjects will be taught without ideological influence: math will teach math, history will teach actual American history and founding principles, and English will teach language skills. Science curriculum will include both evolution and irreducible complexity as competing theories. We will establish fully state-funded charter schools specializing in areas such as athletics, mathematics, computer science, and trades. Teachers will be compensated based on demonstrated subject knowledge rather than years of service. School structure is clearly defined: Foundations Program (ages 5–6), Elementary (ages 7–12), Middle School (ages 13–15), and Career Academy (ages 16–18) offering three tracks — Trade School, Junior College, or Military preparation. Family Values Strong two-parent families are the cornerstone of society. Married couples raising children together will receive a significantly higher child tax credit than single parents. Welfare cash benefits are capped at three children. Absentee fathers will be automatically assessed $1,000 per year for each child they are not actively raising. There will be no financial penalty for marriage in any government assistance program, provided at least one parent is working. Work Assurance Program We will replace the current unemployment insurance system with a Work Assurance Program. Individuals who lose their job will be placed in temporary government work and required to attend weekly job counseling. Those who secure new employment quickly will receive a re-employment bonus equal to half the remaining benefits they would have collected. Defense & National Security The United States will maintain the world’s strongest military with spending capped at 5% of GDP. Priority will be given to advanced technology, equipment, and training rather than maximizing troop numbers. Military force will only be used to protect vital national interests. Any conflict lasting longer than 60 days requires a formal declaration of war by Congress. The Career Academy will include a rigorous Military Track with strict fitness and intelligence requirements. National Parks & Public Lands We will create a Public Lands Trust Fund to restore and improve our National Parks, Monuments, and Wild & Scenic Rivers. More lodges, cabins, and campgrounds will be built to increase public access. Funding to states will be distributed based on both land area and population to ensure fairness. Voter Integrity A secure, federally standardized photo ID will be required to vote in any election. This ID will be available through state DMVs and will prevent fraud while remaining accessible to all citizens. Religious Freedom Elected officials and public servants shall have the unrestricted right to express their faith and religious beliefs. No American shall be penalized for referencing God or living according to their religious convictions while serving in public office. Economy, Taxes & Government Spending We will pass a Balanced Budget Amendment. The first $60,000 of income for singles and $120,000 for married couples will be completely tax-free. Income above these amounts will be taxed at 15% and 22%. Total federal spending will be capped at 18% of GDP. Any new tax or spending increase requires a 60% supermajority in Congress. National Wealth Fund A National Wealth Fund will be established as a national savings and emergency reserve. It will be funded by tariffs on imports, a 1% fee on major U.S. exports, and a 1% fee on luxury purchases over $1 million. The goal is to grow this fund over time to reduce the burden on American taxpayers and eventually lower income tax rates. Healthcare Reform Insurance companies will be allowed to compete nationwide. A single national flat premium will apply to all Americans regardless of age or health status. The government will provide income-based subsidies paid directly to individuals, which may only be used for health insurance, health clubs, healthy food, and over-the-counter medical supplies. Seniors on Medicare will never pay more than 5% of any medical bill out of pocket. Immigration & Border Security The border will be secured with physical barriers and mandatory E-Verify. A Guest Worker Card will be created allowing foreign workers to legally work in the U.S. for up to 5 years, but they will be prohibited from accessing any government benefits or welfare programs. Second Amendment Rights We support Constitutional Carry. A nationwide concealed carry permit will require passing a safety and proficiency test. Gun shops and certified instructors may teach these courses. Individuals convicted of violent crimes are permanently barred from obtaining a concealed carry permit. Firearms on commercial flights must be checked in luggage. Most gun-free zones will be eliminated. Eligibility for Office & Term Limits Only natural-born U.S. citizens may serve as President, Vice President, Cabinet member, Member of Congress, or Speaker of the House. Term limits will be strictly enforced: maximum 3 terms in the House and 2 terms in the Senate, Vice Presidency, or Presidency. All candidates must pass a confidential competency test on civics and basic government functions. Candidates may retake the test once. Two failures result in permanent ineligibility.
