After 7 days and 3 replies from 3 different @Klarna support agents, we finally got an answer. They’ve now said we’re “outside their risk appetite,” citing AML regulations, but still with no specific reason given. Meanwhile the past 6 months we had: • <1% dispute rate • 4.4/5 Trustpilot • Real stock, no dropshipping • 3PL fulfillment We’ve done everything by the book. And don't violate any of Klarna's policies They deactivated our account without warning, froze funds, and now blocks refunds all while we follow their own policies. Is this really how @Klarna treats their partners that meet their standards? @AskKlarna

I burned through 2 paid media agencies. Both promised creative testing, strategy, growth. All I got was static images and recycled copy. So I took over our Meta ads 3 weeks ago. Not because I’m a genius media buyer but because I finally built a system for content. Here's how:

Momentum is everything. Lose it, and you start thinking stupid shit like: “Maybe I should start a new brand…” No. Stay locked in. Fix the problem. Get the rhythm back. That’s the only game.

Big lesson this week: Never build a brand that relies on one payment method. Klarna shut us down overnight. ROAS tanked. 75% of funds frozen. Diversify before you have to.

@Klarna terminated our account yesterday. No warning. No reason. No clarification. 75% of our customers use Klarna to checkout. We have under <1% disputes. 4.4 Trustpilot rating. Genuinely no clue why this happened. Still waiting for clarification on this @AskKlarna
