@virginmedia Our broadband & TV went down yesterday in the KT10 area around 2pm. Checking Service Status, we were told it would be up by 7.06pm. It wasn’t. The S.S then said it would be up at 11.06am today. It isn’t. Now the S.S. is saying 5.06pm. How can we be sure? Please help.
