@DavidStaplesYEG Killing off those dealing with drug issues is not a plan you should be advocating for. The evidence is clear that forced treatment leads to an increased risk of overdoses. Try to have a bit of compassion. Maybe use your voice to call for more and better treatment options.

It could well be that our courts won't allow the most desperate drug addicts, at risk to themselves and others, to be forced into treatment. But is that not a legal fight worth having? We have a crisis of despair and violence related to drug use. New ideas needed. #ableg
